Your responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of your assigned AIR6500 IPT scope, including cost, schedule, and technical performance. This is a leadership role that requires vision, influence, and the ability to inspire diverse teams to deliver world-class outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver within an Agile framework, managing resources and performance across the IPT.
• Drive delivery excellence through proactive risk management, EVM analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Establish effective team rhythms that foster collaboration, transparency, and communication.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Sourcing, Quality, EXIM, Data Management, Commercial, Security, and Finance to ensure compliant and coordinated program execution.
• Represent the program confidently in customer engagements, reporting, and governance forums.
• Support ongoing development and refinement of AIR6500 planning artefacts, processes, and procedures.

About you:

You are a proven Program Manager with a track record of delivering success in highly complex, multi-disciplinary programs. You lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose — empowering teams to collaborate, innovate, and deliver.

You'll bring:

• Significant program management experience across cost, schedule, quality, and risk within the Australian Defence Industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of how technical, ILS, and Systems Engineering functions integrate across the lifecycle.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
