The Graduate Program will connect you peers across Australia, New Zealand, the broader Asia Pacific region and the Middle East. We offer optional rotations in the second year of your program to help explore your career pathway, a structured approach to promotions and salary reviews over your first two years and a culture that is friendly, inclusive and not built on hierarchy. **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for **Graduates from an Architectural or Industrial Design Discipline **to join our Design team based in Canberra. - Previous experience highly regarded however not essential in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Lumion, Enscape, TwinMotion, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident due to work on Government projects - Architecture master’s degree or Industrial Design qualification **Key Responsibilities Working with other experienced team members to undertake various architectural/design activities such as modelling and visualisation, 2D drafting, documentation and scheduling, report writing, attending coordination meetings, and taking discussion notes. **What does the rest of GHD’s process look like?** - Formal interviews, either in person or via MS Teams. Prior to our interview we’ll also ask you to go through some online testing through one of our providers, Saville.An offer, where we’ll go through your salary package and the start date for our program, as well as flagging our background checking process. **How do you apply?** 1.
