**About this role**:
As a Customer Relations Representative based in the Australian headquarters in Brisbane, you will provide professional, efficient and timely customer service to the company’s internal and external customers, stakeholders and vendors.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Accurately process purchase orders, credits and other relevant data within specific time frames
- Provide professional phone support to our internal & external stakeholders and re-directing when required
- Communicate effectively with other areas of the business, suppliers/vendors to resolve customer queries and complaints regarding services
- Plan and manage daily customer relations activities to ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing of all customer-related orders and returns
- Work with various systems and processes
- Resolve complaints by communicating professionally & effectively
- Ensure that Applied Medical’s quality standards are maintained regarding its products, procedures, policies, operations and, customer contact
- Observe all Health & Safety policies and procedures and take reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact the health and safety of others
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by Leadership

**About You**:

- 1-2 years demonstrated experience providing customer service in either a medical or healthcare environment
- Previous use of SAP in a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work flexibly with various work demands and fast-paced environment
- High level of computer literacy working with MS Office Suite and data management software and take a proactive approach to learning
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, problem solve and resolve complaints with confidence and maturity
- Enjoy collaborating in a small team and build rapport with various internal & external stakeholders
