**About this role**:
As a Customer Relations Team Leader based in the Australian headquarters in Stafford, Brisbane, you will provide professional, efficient and timely customer service to the company’s internal and external customers, stakeholders and vendors.
The Customer Relations Team Leader is responsible for leading team members and managing activities within the Customer Relations department in order to ensure primary objectives are achieved in an effective and efficient manner.
If successful, the Sales Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand will invite you to join the Customer Relations Team.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Lead the daily operational activities within the Customer Relations Team
- Participation in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities relevant to Customer Relations
- Identification of opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures, and investigate the resources required to effectively implement these changes.
- Identification of individual team member development opportunities
- Customer service activities, related duties and responsibilities

**About you**:
By joining Applied Medical in this new role, you will have a passion for healthcare and customer service.
- 4+ years’ experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a functional team
- Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy and Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly
- High level of interpersonal and written communication skills
- Previous use of SAP (preferred but not essential)
**Remuneration***:
A competitive salary package comprised of base salary and participation in a company bonus scheme based on achievement in your role.
