We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on **Commercial Maintenance Manager** to actively lead our mobile maintenance operations, working directly with staff in the field to ensure successful job delivery and outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Actively oversee and participate in daily maintenance operations** for commercial aquatic facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Lead, mentor, and **work alongside the maintenance team** in a hands-on capacity, ensuring that each job is completed on time and within budget.
- **Mobile role**: travel between multiple sites to provide on-the-ground leadership, support, and troubleshooting for staff and clients.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, ensuring smooth operations with mínimal downtime for clients.
- Coordinate with clients directly to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage ongoing relationships.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain detailed maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for accountability and future planning.
- Manage budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure operational efficiency across all maintenance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing commercial maintenance operations, with a preference for experience in the aquatic industry.
- A strong understanding of facility management, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Hands-on leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team in the field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in real-time, on-site situations.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to handle service requests directly.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or facilities management (preferred).
- Knowledge of aquatic facility equipment and systems is a strong advantage.
- Ability to travel regularly to various job sites as required.
