**About the Role**

Reporting to the Venue Catering Manager, this is a unique opportunity for a talented Corporate Beverage Manager to oversee and enhance corporate operations. The role directs and manages all corporate beverage operations at the Stadium, ensuring quality standards are maintained in terms of product, service, safety, and sanitation. It also oversees strategic and operational aspects of corporate beverage offerings to our corporate clients with a focus on quality menu design, service, innovation, and compliance and maintains an awareness of trends and industry standards to ensure exceptional customer service.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee the effective and efficient setup and pack down of Metricon Stadium for event days as well as for the Stadium's non-event day functions
- Manage and oversee the requisitioning of all beverages, dry goods, and consumable items for the Stadium
- Monitor standards and strive to improve operational performance with a key focus on increasing staff productivity
- Adhere to and follow all Liquor Licensing Laws and Venue Policies
- Achieve financial goals, specifically labour, stock, and overhead costs
- Collate and prepare timely and accurate financial and operational reports
- Implement and maintain par stock levels based on business trends
- Maintain all policy standards, the culture of accountability and responsibility, and hold your staff accountable for such
- Manage the delivery of catering in a manner that focuses on exceptional customer experience whilst meeting business outcomes
- Assist the Corporate operation manager with any other business to ensure the successful running of the corporate space including event day operations and execution
- Manage, oversee and execute the dismantling and removal of the corporate event and clearing of the venue efficiently

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in corporate catering environments such as functions and events
- Strong literacy, business writing, and communication skills
- Understanding event management software such as Ungerboeck (USI) and Materials Control (MC) is desirable
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency certification
- A forklift Licence is desirable

The role requires a good level of physical fitness and involves weekend and evening work therefore a flexible approach to working hours is mandatory. Your hands-on approach to managing the corporate beverage aspect of the stadium will ensure your success, as will your willingness to go the extra mile in order to deliver results.
