Position: Accounts Payable and Admin Assistant
Location: Sutherland Shire
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (pro-rata) super depending on experience
About Us:
Join a dynamic and friendly team at our new offices in Taren Point (with on-site parking) where you'll play a key role in the Finance team as the accounts and admin assistant. We're looking for an organised and proactive team member, who is self-motivated, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:
-
Reviewing and approving all accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
-
Ensure accurate and timely payment cycle runs (weekly and adhoc).
-
Supplier statement reconciliations.
-
Maintenance and updating of Supplier accounts.
-
· Reconciliation of corporate credit cards:
o Follow up credit card transactions and ensure accurate documentation appended.
-
Client assets Storage:
o Monitor the register of client assets stored in the Sydney and Melbourne premises and raise invoices for storage fees.
-
General Finance Administration:
-
Assist with general tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising finance documents.
-
Assist/Relieve Finance Team Members.

Key Requirements:
-
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
-
Clear and professional communication style.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance administration position preferred.
-
Previous experience with Xero is desirable.
