About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional to join our team in the role of Internal Sales Officer.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be supporting the sale of products and meeting the customers’ needs to ensure a memorable experience that will bring the customer back time after time.

Within this role, you will:
Provide operational support surrounding orders, product information, pricing, and associated customer service enquiries

Manage an existing portfolio of customers, with regular interaction through outbound calls

Drive sales initiatives to ensure sales targets are achieved

Engage with customers and cultivate new customer opportunities through inbound calls

Cross-sell products to new and existing customers

Execute customer retention strategies

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Internal sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
