**About the opportunity**

Our client is seeking an experienced hospitality leader who understands the Melbourne pub scene, preferably someone who knows and gravitates to the Inner North Melbourne pubs.

The venue is situated in Fitzroy and is a standalone operation with a bar, beer garden, function rooms, and dining space.

The venue is a go-to for locals in the area, to the point they have a loyal following who are their most nights of the week due to t their consistent, genuine service that they've built for 10+ years.

As the Venue Manager you will be customer focused, leading service with an casual, friendly and effective approach whilst having the support on the floor from a Duty Manager, Bartenders and Food Runners.

With the Owners of the business allowing you to properly execute your duties by not interfering with service, there is an incredibly strong focus on company culture
- you will be expected to practice what you preach using a core set of values that include integrity and pride_

I am looking forward to connecting with Assistant Managers and Venue Manager who have a minimum of 2 years experience working in pubs and multifaceted venues
