- **We are seeking an experienced team leader to lead our frontline customer assist consultants
**How will I help?
As a Team Leader in Customer Assist, you will lead a team of people to continuously grow to deliver effective outcomes the ensure the right solutions for our customers in financial difficulty and maximise commercial outcomes for the business. You will lead your team to be motivated, driven and passionate about delivering a superior service experience, meeting customer needs whilst balancing commercial outcomes and compliance obligations.

**What do I need?**
- Minimum 12 months experience in inbound contact centre leadership
- Demonstrated interpersonal and collaborative relationship skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and collaborative team culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Decisive, commercially prudent, effectively decision risk and reward
- Strong knowledge of APRA legislation and understanding of Assist processes
- Strong influence & negotiation skills and high level attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure whilst continuing to make effective decisions
- Excels in a team environment with the maturity to act independently.
