Reporting to the Group Manager - Operations and Sales Support, the **New Machine Sales Execution Manager **leads a sales delivery team with diverse skills that support our frontline sales divisions. This manger role is accountable for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and processes that support the efficient and timely fulfilment of new machine orders and in turn improve customer delivery performance for WA.

The role is accountable for leading the activities of planning, pricing, quoting and sales management functions for new machine sales and has overarching responsibility of ensuring all stakeholders in the new machine value chain deliver on their service levels to achieve required business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

The successful individual will have a have a high degree of focus around continuous improvement to enhance systems & processes to deliver future strategic initiatives.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday 8.5-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or related discipline, coupled with post qualification experience within a similar role in a manufacturing, production, or industrial service business
- Proven leadership ability to embed the values and behaviours of our business
- Advanced leadership/people management experience with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate teams across multiple functions not directly within the reporting line
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Broad sales systems & process experience in quoting, invoicing and contact management
- Continuous improvement mindset, with ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and see improvement initiatives through to completion
- Advanced time management, planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Strong customer focus
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to provide recommendations and guidance to the team as and when required
- Equipment manufacturing or equipment assembly industry related exposure
- Knowledge of the heavy industry_ (desired but not essential)_
