We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Inventory Coordinator** to ensure timely and accurate ordering of new machines. This role will also provide a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining the parts configuration of new machines and will be working closely with Product and Account Managers to maintain its accuracy, which has a direct impact on the cost of each machine.

Reporting to the Inventory, Data and Reporting Supervisor, you will need to be adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You will work independently to ensure that deadlines are met and that machines are ordered in a timely manner, ensuring the success of our sales plan.

The successful individual will also be responsible for receipting machines into stock and the submission & tracking of shipping damage. Finally, the individual will oversee the stocktaking and inventory management of new equipment, ensuring an accurate listing of new machines and sundry attachments is being reported to the business at all times.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 10.5-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Earthmoving and Heavy Equipment Industry
- Intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Office Suite)
- Experience with SAP _(desirable)_
- Highly developed attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Customer focused with the ability to effectively consult and negotiate with stakeholders, build positive relationships, and to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
