An exciting opportunity has become available in our Sales Execution Team located at Reid Rd Perth Airport Precinct for an experienced **Sales Coordinator**.

The successful individual will provide support for new machine construction sales from order to delivery and play an instrumental role in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of sales processes, working closely with our Account Managers and Workshop teams.

**The Role**:

- Provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers
- Review and release of machine build requests to the workshop
- Coordinating with the workshop to ensure agreed delivery dates are on track and delivery risks and slippages reported to the Supervisor
- Maintain and update data in all systems connected to the delivery process to ensure on time delivery to our customers and machine sales forecast
- Identify and drive continuance improvement opportunities within the Sales Execution Team
- Raise Customer Invoices
- Process build variation requests
- Deal Analysis and cost review to ensure machine profitability achieves expected margins

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Earthmoving and Heavy Equipment Industry
- Demonstrated experience working with accounting, ERP & software packages
- Intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Office Suite)
- Highly developed attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Customer focused with the ability to effectively consult and negotiate with stakeholders, build positive relationships, and to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
