In this role, you will work as a valued member of our Accounts team and provide meaningful support to our staff as we support the community.**

**About the Role.**

**What you will do in the role**:

- **Accurate process of accounts in Xero, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations.**
- **Preparation and processing of weekly payrolls.**
- **Identify errors or discrepancies with invoices before processing.**
- **Timely and accurate management of customer accounts.**
- **Answering of incoming accounts department phone calls.**
- **Debt collection**
- **Organising trades and services and facilitating payment of trades.**
- **Provision of ad-hoc support to the leadership team**
- **Registration management**
- **E-Tag Toll management**
- **Fuel card management**
- **Cashflow forecasting and budgeting.**

- **Motivation to participate in system changes, improve or add to Reztor’s existing software set.**
- **Demonstrate ability to collaborate within a changing team environment**
- **The ability to think laterally and problem solve issues within the claim process**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**
- **A positive and proactive attitude**
- **Strong time management with an ability to coordinate several priorities at any one time with a calm and professional approach**
- **Strong systems, operational and reporting skills**
- **Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic
