As our Queensland State Manager, you understand the importance and requirement of balancing both Sales and Branch Management functions. Your role is to lead, coach and inspire the Sales team, with full responsibility for executing and monitoring the National Sales plan for South East Queensland. From a Branch perspective, you’ll align closely with the Office Manager, Service and Warehouse team members to ensure Branch KPI’s are achieved.

Overall, you understand that fostering an inclusive, fun, respectful, and driven culture aligned with our Company Values is the key to success.

You will:

- Lead and inspire a winning culture within the Team
- Implement the National Sales Plans and monitor Activity and KPI’s
- Focus on Account Management with selected Key Accounts
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Deliver on monthly sales and gross profit budgets
- Achieve Branch KPI’s
- Ensure we are delivering an Exceptional Experience to ALL internal and external stakeholders
- Focus on training, development, and feedback with the team

**Requirements**:
We're looking for:

- Minimum 3 years State Management experience
- Proven history achieving sales growth
- Coaching mindset for leading a sales team
- Experience managing a Branch with Warehouse & Service functions
- Honest, reliable, and credible business approach.
- Confident conducting business through Salesforce or similar CRM.
