- Great opportunity as part of the QLD Maintenance team to _supply Scheduling and Planning support to our QLD operations utilising the MEX maintenance management system.

Are you an experienced Maintenance Planner looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and take the next step in your career?

Reporting directly to the QLD Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for scheduling and planning for all sites in the QLD network.team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Acting in a manner that always seeks to enhance the safety culture and performance of Chep personnel.
- Improve and update maintenance schedules, stores & asset register utilising MEX maintenance management system.
- Working collaboratively with operations converting requests to Work orders and scheduling the works.
- Plan and schedule major plant maintenance shutdowns ensuring availability of resources and spare parts.
- Review all shutdowns for opportunities to optimise the process for ongoing shutdowns.
- Prepare, analyse and distribute reports for site maintenance activities
- Conduct condition monitoring of assets, produce reports and schedule rectification works
- Develop strong networks with purchasing and supply personnel to ensure a timely and cost-effective availability of parts and equipment as required.
- Maintain registered plant and equipment records, ensuring asset registers are accurate and up to date
- Maintain maintenance stores in conjunction with site maintenance personnel

- Data analysis of team performance
- A proven commitment to safety through personal values and visible leadership.
- Experience in a Planning position within an industrial environment
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a team environment and develop and sustain a planned maintenance culture
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Time management and prioritising skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent CMMS knowledge and extended use in an industrial environment
- The ability to be nimble and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Mechanical, Electrical Trade Qualifications or Engineering Qualification - viewed favourable but not essential
