Our brand-new 150-bed home at Oxley is due to open in 2025 and we are commencing our recruitment with an important role of **Clinical Manager** which is due to commence with Rockpool early February 2025.

**About the role**:
As a **full time** Clinical Manager, you will be at the forefront of Rockpool’s commitment to reimagine aged care. Working in collaboration with the Facility Manager, you will establish and lead a clinical team delivering exceptional, person-centred care in a dynamic, state-of-the-art environment.

This is not just a leadership position—it is an opportunity to set new benchmarks in care, contribute to a vibrant team culture, and play a pivotal role in the successful commissioning of our Oxley home.

**About you**:

- **Current registration with AHPRA** as a Registered Nurse.
- **Advanced clinical skills** relevant to the aged care setting.
- A **minimum of three years’ experience** in a similar role, with **commissioning experience** highly regarded.
- A solid background and understanding of the **complexity of the residential aged care regulatory**environment.
- Proven ability to **manage large, complex aged care homes**, including a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- A passion for creating positive outcomes for residents, families, and your team.
