We seek a proactive debt collector who loves assisting clients with managing their outstanding payments.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Confident, solutions focussed Debt Collector.
- Strong track record of collecting large or aged debts
- Issuing 1st and 2nd reminder letters
- Medium volume debt collection phone calls
- Negotiating and formalising payment plans
- Managing penalty interest and legal fees on charges
- Preparing briefs for the Legal Team for court remedy
- Preparing debtor account reconciliations to support claims
- Organising caveats, affidavits, and guardianship orders
- Preparing and improving aged debt reports and templates
- ERP and tech-savvy with good MS Excel skills (Pivots, V-lookups)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- A clean criminal record check and positive references

**Highly desirable - but not essential**
- Experience in Aged Care or Social Services sectors
- Knowledge of ACFI, RAD, DAP, or Medicare is highly regarded
