This position is based in Brisbane City and and will provide high level professional knowledge and strategic input into the development and implementation of the electronic medication management agenda at both the state and national level. What are we looking for?
- Ability to provide sound advice on matters relating to EMM particularly as it applies to the acute care setting.
- Ability to provide a high level of strategic direction relating to the decision-making and state-wide implementation of EMM system.
- High level knowledge of QH medication management business practices, or ability to rapidly acquire that knowledge.
- High level knowledge of relevant legislation, national and local standards, policy and procedures applicable to medication management and the ability to translate these into an implementation plan.
- Proven understanding of medication management and roles of different professions in providing quality medication services within public hospitals.
- Proven ability to communicate strategic and operational messages with key stakeholders including clinicians and eHealth teams.

**Mandatory qualifications, licences and other requirements**:

- The successful applicant must hold a tertiary qualification, or equivalent, in Pharmacy, and be registered with AHPRA.
- The incumbent of this position may be required to participate in on-call roster arrangements.
- Please detail any visa conditions you may have if you are not a permanent resident of Australia.
