Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced and Motivated Revenue Management Specialist based at Head office at Southbank Brisbane.

Are you a skilled Revenue Management Specialist ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team in South Brisbane. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in the design, implementation, and support of our Multi Itinerary Pricing Optimisation (MIPO) pricing tool, as well as manage the migration and enhancement of key reports and insights to a new data warehouse platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Learning Pricing Trial Management**: Take ownership of trial markets for the machine learning pricing tool. Collaborate with market analysts to ensure trial success and propose and implement adjustments to maximize revenue outcomes.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee communication regarding plans, deliveries, trials, and outcomes related to MIPO pricing capabilities.
- **Implementation Support**: Partner with Revenue Management, Advanced Analytics, and technology suppliers to plan and execute the Proof of Concept (POC) for the new tool.
- **Risk Mitigation & Reporting**: Identify and address risks, build stakeholder confidence, and report on commercial progress throughout the trial phase.
- **Analytical Expertise**: Leverage advanced Excel skills to manage complex data and generate actionable insights for revenue optimization and dynamic pricing.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in an analytical role with a proven track record in revenue optimization and dynamic pricing.
- **Skills**: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to handle high volumes of complex data, strong attention to detail, and advanced problem-solving abilities.
- **Communication**: Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills across all organizational levels.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Previous experience in Airline Revenue Management is advantageous.
- **Education**: Tertiary qualifications in a numerical or business-related discipline.
