The group has developed a strong reputation in the industry and with their Franchisor as being a business that is innovative, maintains high standards and importantly has a strong focus on people. Due to rapid growth and a recent promotion, there is now a need for a Chief Operations Officer.

**The Role**
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a critical role important to the overall success of all stores across the business. This role is accountable for the sales and operational performance of all company outlets, including the development and execution of objectives and plans designed to achieve company's growth, revenue and profit targets. The COO will lead a team of Regional Managers who are responsible for over 3000 employees. With a focus on growth in the coming years it is critical that the COO is able to maintain and build on the strong existing team culture that is already in place.
