About the Role

As COO, you will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO to shape and execute the organisation's strategic and operational agenda. You will lead the performance of multi-site operations, drive digital transformation, and ensure compliance, financial sustainability, and workforce capability in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
