About the Role

As COO, you will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO to shape and execute the organisation's strategic and operational agenda. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations across a national network of practices

Your experience includes:

  • Executive leadership in healthcare, multi-site operations, or corporate group environments
  • Proven success in scaling organisations and leading change
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of Australian healthcare systems
  • Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
  • A commitment to quality care, operational excellence, and team development
