An established and purpose-driven healthcare organisation is seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead strategic transformation, operational innovation, and sustainable growth across its national network of clinics.
About the RoleAs COO, you will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO to shape and execute the organisation's strategic and operational agenda. You will lead the performance of multi-site operations, drive digital transformation, and ensure compliance, financial sustainability, and workforce capability in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day operations across a national network of practices
- Drive strategic initiatives and deliver operational KPIs
- Oversee financial performance, billing optimisation, and commercial strategy
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and leadership development
- Champion technology innovation, automation, and AI integration
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Lead marketing, growth, and business development efforts
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
You are a strategic and empathetic leader who thrives in complex, multi-site environments. You bring commercial acumen, a passion for healthcare innovation, and a collaborative approach to leadership.
Your experience includes:
- Executive leadership in healthcare, multi-site operations, or corporate group environments
- Proven success in scaling organisations and leading change
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of Australian healthcare systems
- Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
- A commitment to quality care, operational excellence, and team development
