**As our Manager, Media and Content you will**: - Manage, coach, support and lead a team of media, digital and creative professionals and work collaboratively with others to provide excellent service delivery. Manage and oversee media and communication issues and hot topics across the organisation and provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on those activities. Manage and maintain internal and external communication at a fast pace, across digital and other channels ensuring communications are high quality, consistent, accurate, timely and fit for purpose. Work collaboratively with senior management and key stakeholders to deliver a range of media and communication services including proactive media releases and opportunities, reactive media management, strategic messaging, public information and communications plans. Research, write and distribute content for a range of platforms including web, media, blogs, podcasts and social media channels. Maximise the visibility and positive perception and reputation of DAF. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external media professionals to identify and develop engaging and relevant content about DAF. Be part of a roster to undertake out-of-hours public information and media liaison. Develop and implement frameworks and systems to remain current and innovate in an ever-changing communications and media landscape, and to support current and future directions of DAF. Foster a culture of agility, cohesiveness and empowerment.
