Social Media And Content Manager

Iconic Influencers is a boutique luxury agency that works with premium personal brands to co-create Iconic strategies from brand and offer through to sales and exit. We specialize in Luxury branding, deals and connections.

We are looking to expand our team by recruiting a Social Media and Content Manager to head this department and bring a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience to spearhead this role as an in house resource for not only our own brand but also our clients.

**Responsible for**
- Plan, create and develop engaging and on-brand material such as videos, graphic tiles and photography for a number of social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites and EDM's.
- Create striking videos and digital content and campaign work.
- Write copy to accompany social media content, internal communications and campaign materials.
- Creation and delivery of social assets - including but not limited to stills, videos, gifs, reels, audio in line with social calendar and campaign timings - which are designed to gain impressions and trigger engagement.
- Manage Reporting and analysis of social media performance (monthly and post-campaign).
- Copywriting in line with brand tone and voice, across social platforms, EDM's and blog posts.
- Ownership of social growth and engagement.

**Tasks**
- Manage overall strategy and planning of several accounts at once
- Understand each account's business model and targeted audience
- Produce highly engaging finished content for a number of different accounts.
- Create content calendars three months in advance, liaising with the team and all stakeholders.
- Creation and delivery of social assets - including but not limited to stills, videos, gifs, reels, audio in line with social calendar and campaign timings - which are designed to gain impressions and trigger engagement.
- Proactive content ideas and scheduling posts for the weekly content calendar.
- Tracking and optimizing content to improve results and grow audiences.
- Turn around content quickly to ensure it is relevant and suited to social trends.

**To be a successful applicant, you must**:

- Have managed accounts of 100K+ subscribers/followers successfully growing these accounts in terms of subscribers and engagement.
- Have worked with luxury brands and brands that demand an attention to detail and brand integrity..
- Be highly experienced in the management of social media channels, content management systems and digital reporting tools - 3 years minimum previous experience in a similar role.
- Be imaginative, creative and Social Media obsessed. You're up to date with all the latest trends and Social Media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Snapchat).
- You will be willing to work a flexible schedule to suit and cater to the global scale of our clients and team.
- Possess excellent written communication skills.
- Highly developed organizational skills with a great attention to detail.
- Strong ability to problem-solve, create innovative solutions, and find unique angles and styles for content.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Experience representing multiple brands, grasping brand voice and tone.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and clients and prioritize time.
- Knowledge or experience of various editing tools
- Video production skills for TikTok and Instagram - CapCut, in-app on Instagram and TikTok.
- A strong understanding of how to use insight to drive effective engagement and action.
- Knowledge and experience of creating and editing content natively and for social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Knowledge or experience of Sprout Social or similar social management platforms
- Analytical skills and ability to measure and report on social media performance metrics.
