**About the Role**:
As a **Receptionist **at **KX Pilates Surry Hills**, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every person who walks through our doors has an outstanding experience. You'll manage day-to-day reception duties, assist with client inquiries, and help create a seamless and welcoming atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and check in clients as they arrive at the studio
- Handle bookings, cancellations, and class schedule inquiries
- Provide information on classes, memberships, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Help foster a positive and energetic environment for clients and team members
**About You**:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a fitness or hospitality environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Passionate about health and fitness (or a willingness to learn)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $29.42 - $39.87 per hour
