**Your next career opportunity**
As an Accreditation and Curriculum Officer at the University of Melbourne, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the Faculty of Education's Learning and Teaching portfolio. You'll manage curriculum systems, guide academic staff, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to educational excellence, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in curriculum processes.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Manage Curriculum Development**: Support accurate and timely curriculum revisions, consult with proposers, maintain handbook entries using the CAPS system, and ensure accurate system configuration in Student One.
- **Ensure Compliance and Quality**: Verify curriculum data accuracy and adherence to institutional policies, procedures, and accreditation requirements.
- **Facilitate Approval Processes**: Support curriculum approval by managing documentation, facilitating approvals and communications, and adhering to timelines.
- **Provide Training and Support**: Assist academic staff with curriculum management systems, develop user guides, and offer guidance on associated policies.

You are a detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of managing complex processes and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic educational environment.
**You may also**:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with significant experience in education or administration.
- Possess advanced problem-solving, quality assurance, with the ability to interpret information and make recommendations.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to university-specific online systems and databases.
