We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Sales Analyst** to join our growing team and help drive our sales strategy through data-driven insights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse internal sales performance data, customer trends, and marketing effectiveness
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards to support senior management in identifying growth opportunities
- Interpret market research to assess potential business opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitor positioning
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with data insights
- Prepare regular performance reviews, forecasts, and business intelligence reports
- Monitor KPIs and recommend strategic adjustments to optimise commercial outcomes
- Provide insights into customer segmentation, channel effectiveness, and territory analysis
- Support the development and execution of sales and client retention strategies

**Qualifications & Skills**
- A degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a business or data analysis role
- Strong skills in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics, forecasting, and market research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in fintech, education, or international markets (desirable)
