Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Support

  • Assist in developing and refining sales strategies to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement forms that extract information from the dealer network for payment of incentives.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dealership management reports, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems.
  • Monitor data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for Sales department.

Incentive and Compensation Management

  • Prepare and manage national sales incentive data, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the alignment of incentive programs with overall sales objectives.

Feedback and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business goals.

About You

  • This role is suitable for a recent graduate who is proficient with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or with MG products is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiar CRM systems and/or sales analytics tools.
