We’re looking for a **Civil Supervisor** to assist and manage field operations for the construction of a pumped hydro project west of Mackay. This **multi-million dollar** project is in the early phases, so we are looking for a Civil Supervisor to lead the initial enabling works, predominantly focusing on drilling, surveying, access, site establishment and environmental investigations. You’ll be involved in overseeing crews to ensure the exploration and Geotech activities meet H&S requirements, and are being delivered in line with construction plans.

You know what it means to be a civil super: you’re leading **prestarts**, managing **H&S**, and ensuring the **crews are managed effectively.**

**This is a local role - roughly 1 hour west of Mackay, Monday - Friday.** 10 hour days with mínimal weekend work (once a month, max).

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:
You’ll have proven experience with either a **local council** or **contractor** as a Civil Supervisor. You don’t need to come from a major projects background to be considered. This will suit someone living locally given the potential for this project to have a long construction timeline.
