As part of the commercial team, the casual Sales Coordinator will play a central role in supporting the Commercial B2B team and ensures that the team is running at optimal levels. The Commercial B2B team is responsible for the strategic account management of Canstar’s extensive client base in Banking, General Insurance, Health Insurance and Wealth product markets in Australia.

**What you will be doing**
- Stay abreast of the B2B Gold Rating release schedule and assist the B2B Commercial Team with organising presentation materials
- Prepare and co-ordinate the creation and delivery of certificates for new rating/award winners
- Assist with drafting agreements for new sales including Banking Services Subscriptions and bespoke research requests
- Ensure new sales are correctly input into the Invoice Register and that all contracts are appropriately saved and returned to clients in a timely manner
- Liaise with finance to ensure all invoices are issued correctly and on a timely basis
- Assist in the production of client proposals where necessary including printing of client packs
- Assist the Account Manager of Canstar View with opening new client accounts and ad hoc client admin.
- Assist in executing and preparing price increase renewal communications to clients
- Be responsible for all components of the Contracts Administration process
- Issue Canstar Assets to clients as required
- Assist with coordinating client attendance at functions and workshops
- Assist in the coordination of Australian Research Workshops
**What you need to bring to the role**
- Independent worker & team player with strong time management and organisation skills
- General Business Administration
- Strong MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Meets)
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong numerical skills
- Strong personal skills and ability to build trust with team members
- Strong ability to identify and communicate processes (both verbally and written)
**What will give you extra points**
- Experience and knowledge of the Banking & Finance environment
- Experience and knowledge of marketing, in particular endorsement marketing
