North Adelaide, Australia Caledonian Hotel Full time

This role will include handling function enquiries, confirming functions and preparing function detail sheets. It will include hands on management of functions both cocktail and dining events.
It will also include a la carte food and beverage service.
The role will be at a management level and will require supervision of other staff and general hotel management on some shifts.
Hospitality experience essential - This is a hands on role, working in an independent Hotel with a medium sized team.
Work/Home balance is important, however weekend work is required.
Building rapport with customers and being part of the process from beginning to end is essntial.
You willl need to be a leader and make decisions when required.
You will be self motivated with a positive attitude and strive to motivate others.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Adelaide, SA 5006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
