About the Role:

As our Functions Manager, you'll work closely with our Reservations Specialist and Venue teams to ensure every event runs smoothly from setup to pack-down. You'll lead on-the-day coordination, communicate directly with clients, and make sure all the little details are just right. If you're organised, solutions-focused, and love delivering top-tier service, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Setting up and packing down functions as per run sheets
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams during events
  • Managing AV setups, signage, menus and other event logistics
  • Ensuring function service is seamless and meets client expectations
  • Supporting casual staff and maintaining top standards in our function areas

What You'll Need:

  • Hospitality or event coordination experience
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • RSA essential; First Aid a bonus
