**About the role**
We are seeking a resourceful and enthusiastic Business Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Coordinator you will provide high level administrative support to NWG's CEO and Leadership Team (LT). You will also be responsible for the upkeep and update of NWG’s website and social media platforms to ensure up to date and accurate information about the company is shared to our audience.

Additionally, the role involves:

- Preparing presentations and Reports on behalf of the CEO;
- Administrative support as required to the NWG Leadership Team (LT), including arranging meetings, co-ordinating LT papers, meeting minutes etc.
- Coordinating and managing LT / senior leader calendars
- Managing various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Upkeeping NWG’s website to ensure accuracy
- Engaging with external service providers, authorities, and other members of the public as required

**Skills & experience**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in an administrative support role, ideally providing support to a senior executive.
- Proven ability to be discrete and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience preparing, sending, processing, and tracking invoices
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in using a range of social media platforms.
