Our National Service Centre provides a range of business and administrative support services to our specialist client facing divisions across KPMG. You will join a fast-paced and high preforming team to support key stakeholders and their teams both within our offices and virtually.

**Your Opportunity**

As the **Learning and Development Manager **you will be joining the National Service Centres Operations Support team based in our new state of the art Parramatta office. You will play a critical role in driving the delivery of important learning programs across the Centre. You will manage the daily operations of training activities, develop training materials, facilitate both classroom and practical face-to-face training and ensure a successful learning experience for our people.

Your major responsibilities will include:

- Providing expertise to facilitate the development of an end-to-end Learning and Development strategy and solution to the National Service Centre.
- Owning and delivering on the strategy, planning and coordination of all learning programs, including new starter onboarding, refresher learning, soft skills, leadership learning, compliance learning
- Accountability for delivering an effective onboarding process which enables new entrants to get up to speed quickly and embeds the culture and organisational values
- Ensure effective processes are in place to identify organisational training needs and undertake regular training needs analysis
- Create and curate development (technical & non-technical) content that is accessible, relevant, and engaging.
- Work hand in hand with Operations Leaders to utilise data, reporting, people insights and Quality Assurance results to identify, recommend and deliver learning opportunities to bridge skills gaps

- Learning and Development qualifications or +3 years background or experience in a relevant discipline
