**Introduction**:
Due to recent growth, we are seeking an engaging and experienced Learning Partner to work with our NSW Operations teams across Cater Care.
Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager (Technical & Operations) and based out of our Parramatta Head Office in Sydney, you will cater to a niche client group, which encompasses our diverse group of employees who primarily work across the aged care, education and retail sectors.
**Description**:
**The opportunity**:
Designing & delivering engaging training programs, online and face to face, making a significant impact to the operations teams professional development
Assist with the coordination of both our internal and external training programs
Work with the broader L&D team, rolling out Cater Care leadership development initiatives helping to shape future leaders in the industry
Partner with key stakeholders, developing & driving solutions, to achieve successful business outcomes through the uplift of capability within their teams
Establish, maintain & augment a register of course completions and evaluations to ensure we meet all legislative obligations
**Skills and Experiences**:
**The background**:
Previous experience in an L&D development partner role (within hospitality, aged care or education would be well regarded)
Prior experience as a chef or catering manager
Ability to prioritise tasks and projects within a fast paced environment
Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal)
Be confident facilitating to small groups
Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery
