**Responsibilities**:

- Debtor Account Follow Up
- Debtor payment allocation
- EFTPOS Reconciliation
- Processing Credits
- Uploading debtor invoices into various online portals
- Creation of new debtor accounts
- Update cash flow spreadsheet daily
- Posting month end journals
- Updating and maintaining the cash flow spreadsheet daily
- Exporting bank files - reconciling AP & AR daily
- Supporting the Management Accountant

**Requirements**:

- Be confident, with a can-do attitude
- Experience with Accounting Software
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, communication and people skills
- A degree in accounting, business or similar.
- Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer.
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
- Proficiency in management systems.
- Administration skills.
- Excellent Typing Skills
- Sound interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
