Great opportunity to work for this progressive global organisation in their mortgage division where you will seek to build effective customer relationships in order to retain their business and loyalty. This is a sales driven role that will rely on your strong communication and problem solving skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Making outbound calls or receiving calls from customers that are looking to take their mortgage to another lender and retaining that business
- Locating and resolving the root causes of customer dissatisfaction
- Provide tailored solutions to suit the needs of the customer
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Record and capture all activity and keep file notes up to date
- Meeting and exceeding targets

**SKILLS**:

- Previous experience in Customer Retention, ideally minimum of 1 year
- MUST have experience in retentions within a banking, mortgage or insurance environment
- Self motivated with strong teamwork focus
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
