**About the Role**:
Megaphone are looking for a HR Generalist to head up the HR Function for the Australian offices (100+ FTE). As HR Manager you’ll play an integral role in planning and implanting a range of people and culture initiatives across the employee life cycle. Reporting to the CEO, you have a seat at the leadership table that ensure the HR division adds value to the business.

This role manages day to day operational HR matters, as well as developing strategic HR initiatives. Manage a team of three, that cover recruitment, HR administration and culture.

**Day to day**:

- Provide sound HR advice and solutions to operational HR matters across the employee life cycle
- Implement strategic initiatives centered around L&D, retention, engagement & recruitment
- Continuous improvement of HR policies, processes
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Manager, Talent Coordinator, People & Culture Coordinator
