**The Organisation**

**The Job**
Step Two is looking for an Office and Events Assistant who can support for 15 hours per week with ongoing administrative tasks including the planning, organising and running of events, and administering an online community platform. The role reports to the Community Manager and while weekly days/hours are flexible you must be available to attend our annual conference in Sydney from Tuesday to Friday on the second week of September.

Tasks will include:

- support for online and in-person events (invitations, booking rooms, catering, in-person support on the day, researching competing events etc.)
- creating slide decks
- editing and uploading event recordings
- general admin (managing company inbox, booking flights, ordering couriers)
- designing marketing materials (promotional flyers, signage, logos, basic photo and video editing)
- editing and updating the company website

You will enjoy being busy and can demonstrate the following attributes:

- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- ability to multitask
- a positive can-do attitude
- professional manner
- competency in Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Excel
- familiar with design platforms such as Canva
- basic video editing skills
- confident in quickly learning new software tools
