This is a great opportunity to join a successful Brisbane headquartered firm with a quality client base and where the partnership respects and values the BD and Marketing function. You will initially focus on bids (with junior support) - managing the end to end bid process - to help maintain the firm’s high win rate - and then ideally transition into a BD generalist role, potentially with a sector focus. You will be part of a well-resourced, hard-working and collegiate team and work closely with the BD & Marketing Director, who truly cares about the team and is a strong mentor. No two days are the same. This is an opportunity to join at a time of exciting change and where the team works together to get the job done.
- Bids expertise (law firm preferred) - either full-time or as part of a BD role
- Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Hands on, curious and looking to use your bids expertise and BD skills
- High attention to detail
- Happy working autonomously and as part of a hard working team
- Enjoys variety and a fast paced environment
