**The role**:
This is an inbound call centre, phone-based role that will see you supporting our consumer customers. You will be taking calls from our existing customers enquiring about their internet banking and credit cards or transaction accounts. **We are open Monday - Friday (7am-9pm) and Weekends (9am-6pm) and your shifts will rotate across these hours.**

The role will be a hybrid working model (on site/remote working) with the exception of training periods. You will be required on site for the first portion of training located at 700 Bourke Street.

- Ability to navigate multiple systems whilst being on the phone

- Previous contact centre & customer service experience will be highly regarded
