An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Marketing professional to lead our Direct Marketing team. As an experienced, passionate and analytical marketing professional you will drive the direct marketing acquisition and retention campaigns for RAA across all channels, including mail, eDM, SMS, etc. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will have demonstratable experience utilising segmentation to drive marketing campaigns that are for the right member at the right time and use your eye for numbers and metrics to analyse data relating to the varying success of campaigns and recommend approaches to drive ROI. In addition, you will:

- Provide a clear direction, purpose and context for your team’s work, setting clear targets with agreed deliverables and timeframes for each team member.
- Lead the development of the long term direct to member Marketing Communications Strategy to support the group product portfolio.
- Develop and implement direct to member marketing campaigns.
- Measure, analyse and report on all campaigns.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Brand, Media and Sponsorship, Growth Marketing, Membership and Research and Data Analytics.

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related business discipline mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge of direct marketing communications and campaign development.
- Demonstrated experience in a people leadership role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment and strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to think strategically and develop holistic solutions.
