**Your new opportunity**

An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Marketing professional to join our Direct Marketing team. As a pivotal member of this team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing acquisition, retention and engagement campaigns for RAA Group, as well as driving the development and roadmap for content and communications to create valuable RAA user experiences. In addition, you will:

- support the implementation of RAA’s long term member engagement strategy to support the RAA group product portfolio.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of member engagement and contact activities to support member satisfaction and product penetration, including content creation, copywriting and more.
- Monitor and track all campaigns and report results across all channels.
- Coordinate the end-to-end direct marketing process as agreed with relevant product marketing teams.
- Co-ordinate campaigns for all direct marketing channels including mail, eDM and SMS;

**About you**

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related business field mandatory.
- Knowledge of contemporary direct marketing practices.
- Experience coordinating direct marketing and communications activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment
- Ability to analyse and interpret data.
