The ANU Advancement office leads the development, management and coordination of advancement activities at ANU. In alignment with the University’s strategic priorities as a national institution committed to excellence in research, education and public policy development Advancement supports the University’s objectives of deepening relationships with alumni and securing long-term philanthropic income.

**Position statement**

The Trainer and User Support Officer is responsible for delivery of training and supporting ANU Advancement’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system users contributing to their success. This role will develop and maintain effective, professional working relationships with colleagues within Advancement and other system users across the University.
