**End User Computing - Solutions Analyst**

**The company**

Attract are partnering alongside a Global organization within the mining and engineering industry to find an experienced End User Computing Solutions Analyst.

**The role**

As the End User Computing Solutions Analyst you will be delivering technical IT Support following ITIL standard processes. The main focus will be delivering assigned solutions and processes whilst standardizing and simplifying our environment.

You will undertake more complex tickets as well as technical and process development coaching for level 1 and 2 team members.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with 3rd party vendor evaluate, plan, and develop end to end solutions as requested.
- Create and maintain documentation for solutions delivered.
- Contribute to continuous improvement planning.
- Engage in problem management resolution where requested.
- Standardise technical processes and communicate this to the service delivery team.
- Provide technical coaching to level 1 and 2 team members which are outlined in their individual development plans in collaboration with the team leader.
- Provide regular reporting on your activities and on initiative progress and improvement opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar senior role (or equivalent).
- Must have Permanent Residency or Citizenship
- Tertiary qualifications in IT (desirable)
- ITIL v3 or v4 (desirable)

**Experience in the following**:

- Windows support and troubleshooting experience - Windows 7- 10.
- Windows Server management (2013 to 2016)
- Office 365 administration
- SCCM Administration
- Microsoft Azure Suite
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) Administration.
- Network connectivity fundamentals
