**Job Description**:
Reporting into the Operations Manager, this role is based at one of our corporate client sites, in Hawthorn. This is an ideal opportunity if you are looking to progress your career in the Facilities environment.

**Duties include**:

- Answer, screen and forward calls via switchboard.
- Source quotes for facilities operations.
- Monitor individual and shared inbox, providing basic and accurate information to assist with daily business activities.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily incoming mail/courier deliveries, systematically lodge outgoing mail whilst monitoring tracking codes where required and maintain Mailroom area.
- Perform daily site safety checks and assist with general facilities management regarding maintenance requirements.
- Car Fleet Administration and reporting
- Order office supplies and kitchen consumables via online software, keeping inventory of stock.
- Data entry - collect, track and report on general and/or specific information as may be required and maintain accurate written records of such.
- Provide induction for all new starters, contractors, etc.
- Assist in the management of meetings by coordinating meeting room bookings and looking after any room requirements as they come up.

Our Facilities Admin Coordinator are team players, they have a can-do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
