**Position Description**
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on an initial temporary basis. This opportunity allows for you to take control of the full function accounts receivable and collections process, ensuring all duties are conducted in accordance to all compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting to and working alongside of the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
- High volume collection calls and regular follow-up of customer accounts;
- Generating overdue notice letters and ensuring they are sent to the customer;
- High volume of accounts reconciliations;
- Determining credit limits for new customer accounts and monitoring current customer accounts credit status.
**Skills & Experience**
- High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced and demanding credit environment;
- Ability to pick-up the phone and execute making difficult phone calls;
- Adaptive communication style to ensure an open, professional and friendly manner to all levels within the organisation;
- Drive and passion to learn and develop your career;
- It is essential that you have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
