Linfox partners with leading resources and industrial companies, delivering specialised logistics services nationwide. As a Training and Compliance Coordinator, you'll provide crucial administrative support and coordination for the training and compliance needs of Linfox employees and sub-contractors.

Key areas:

- Onboard new workers and manage inductions
- Organise role-specific training requirements
- Oversee compliance audits
- Assist in developing training materials
- Investigate and resolve training-related issues
- Maintain training records for both Linfox employees and sub-contractors
- Conduct site-specific training, including inductions
