This is an opportunity for a driven individual skilled in marketing and graphic design to join our high performing Industrial team based in the Liverpool office. You will play an integral role in enhancing the productivity and delivery of service excellence to clients and customers.

Some of your key responsibilities include the following:

- Work with the team to design and produce winning submissions that are creative and professional to win listings.
- Take a leadership role in the preparation of proposals, client presentations and any other support material required.
- Develop and implement an annual national marketing plan to support the business objectives - designed to win listings, generate leads, increase brand dominance, and increase client engagement.
- Manage the marketing operations which includes, but is not limited to CRM, monthly metrics reporting, marketing policy compliance, internal communications, improving quality, managing libraries on Colliers Hub & SharePoint, maintaining collateral and content, etc.
- Develop, manage and implement property marketing campaigns for assets taken to market. Project manage the marketing preparation process and coordinate high quality marketing collateral on behalf of clients.
- Position the brand and market by asset class to deliver value-adding client events, thought leadership, campaigns and social and traditional media.

**Qualifications**
To meet the challenge of this exciting role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

- Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
- Experience in similar role, ideally within the property industry is desirable.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and/ or Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and work as part of a fast-paced team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Initiative, creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
