**Position Type**: Casual, Monday to Friday, 30+ hours weekly

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfilment**:

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.
- **Customer Service and Marketing Support**:

- **Warehouse Maintenance and Inventory Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the office and warehouse by emptying bins, cutting up boxes, and organizing workspaces.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock quality control checks, and coordinate reorders of supplies to ensure stock availability and maintain product standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory management to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Organize the warehouse layout and label items correctly for easy retrieval and efficient workflow.
- **Marketing and Social Media Management**:

- Manage daily social media posts and create engaging content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram to promote brand visibility.
- Assist with campaign shoots by booking studios, models, and photographers, and coordinating logistics to ensure successful marketing efforts.
- Recruit influencers and user-generated content (UGC) creators to collaborate with the brand, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- **Logistics and Supply Management**:

- Restock fridge and other warehouse supplies as needed to support daily operations.
- Handle runs to the post office, Officeworks, Bunnings, and other local suppliers to replenish stock and fulfil operational needs.
- Assist with event preparations and run pop-up stores in gyms, contributing to brand promotion and customer engagement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
